Karshi Khanabad (K-2) Community Forum
On June 29, 2023, VA, the Department of Defense (DOD), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) held the inaugural online community forum for Veterans who served at K-2. Representatives from VA, DOD, and ATSDR presented information on topics such as the K-2 Surveillance Program, K-2 legislation, and the Depleted Uranium Follow-Up Program.
